Builder Captain, Winchester Homes |
| Winchester Homes assumes the Builder Captain role at ACTS in Prince William County. Phase one will construct a 7,000 square-foot Family Services Center that will house job counseling, financial skills and life skills classes and a food bank. Phase two renovates an existing shelter, adding two bedrooms that will shelter two homeless families. ACTS serves homeless women, children and families and operates programs intended to prevent homelessness in their community. (next) |
