| Once a shelter is selected, a builder member of NVBIA steps up to the position of Builder Captain. They work closely with the shelter, the architect, and engineer to design a suitable addition or expansion to fit the shelter’s needs.
Then the Builder Captain calls on its Trade Partners to donate time and materials. This team transforms a needy shelter into a place for the temporarily homeless to gain hope and start again. Our builders are “Our Heroes”. Amazingly, the hardest part of getting volunteers, is having too many! |
